- 3 oz potato
- 1 small carrot
- 2pz. small sweet potato
- 0.5 pount spinich
- 1 small celery
- 1 tb spoon onion
- 2 cup water
DIRECTION
In a soup pot heat the water medio head, add potato,carrot,sweet potato,celery ,onion and cook for 25 minutes or until the potato is softened ,add the spinich for 2 minutes blender all ingredients and sever. This is for a babies soup so no add salt.
